School Bus Burning Training - for Firefighters and Bus Drivers- Saturday October 8, 2011 beginning at 11:00 AM at Clio Firemen's Park Training Facility - Corner of Wilson and Saginaw Roads In Conjunction with Genesee County Intermediate School District, Clio Schools, and Davison Fire Department. Public is Welcome to observe.

Clio Community ServicesThe annual Christmas Basket sign up will be Oct. 24, 25, 26, 27 from 6 - 8pm at Rogers Lodge.  Please bring a wish list of needed items and gift ideas for your family. The trees will be placed in locations around the community around Thanksgiving time.  

The Clio Area Human Services Fund Annual Fundraising meeting is coming up on Oct 27th at Vienna Twp. Hall.  We continue to work toward helping our community during these difficult times. If you would like to make a contribution to the Fund, or become a $100 voting member please contact the office at 686-4480.  We will have more families in need this year – so please help us help ourselves in the Clio area.

The Clio Area Fire Department will be hosting a 9/11 Memorial Service at Clio Veterans Park, Sunday, September 11 beginning at 8:30 AM. The service will be approximately 30-45 minutes and will be honoring the military, civilians, fire and police killed during the terrorist attacks. We will also be dedicating the piece of steel from the World  Trade Center.  All Welcome.
